We aim to deliver within 48 hours from order receipt (except weekends and public holidays) on all orders to Malta received by 4pm. Orders that need to be delivered to Gozo shall be fulfilled within a maximum of one week from order date, however any such orders received until Tuesday by 4pm, shall be delivered by no later than Friday of the same week. All orders placed after 4pm will be treated as having been ordered the following day. This delivery commitment is subject to the product(s) that you ordered being in stock and provided we confirm successful payment. Don't worry, if we cannot deliver to you right away, we will make it a point to be in touch presto-quick!
We know how important it is to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. However there may be times when our courier is unable to deliver your package on time due to factors that are out of our control; for example - extreme bad weather or a broken down vehicle. So if this is the case, we shall inform you accordingly and do our best to deliver the package as soon as we shall be in a position to.
All items delivered by our courier will need to be signed for. Deliveries will be effected from Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4.00pm. We are very sorry but we are unable to specify an exact time of day for delivery, however, if no one is available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address, a card will be left detailing how to organise redelivery of your order.
Our delivery service can currently deliver any stationery and office supplies you order from www.thegofer.com to any location across all Malta and Gozo. Please ensure that the address provided is accurate. We presently do not offer international deliveries outside Malta & Gozo.
All orders of EUR 29.99 (Twenty nine Euro & ninety nine cents) or more are delivered free of charge. Any orders amounting to EUR 29.98 (Twenty nine Euro & ninety eight cents) or less are delivered at a delivery cost charge of EUR 5.00 (Five Euro) to cover the delivery service.
